This SMS Terms of Service outlines how FWM Loans, LLC D/B/A FWM Investment ("we", "us", or "our") communicates via text messaging and the terms under which you (the “Subscriber” or “Customer”) agree to receive text messages related to your account and services.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to receive automated and manual text message communications regarding your account, including but not limited to:

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the box or responding affirmatively (e.g., texting a keyword to a designated number), you consent to receive SMS text messages from FWM Loans, LLC D/B/A FWM Investment.

SMS delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or not delivered due to factors outside our control (e.g., network issues).
